How do Hot Tub Heat Pumps Work?
Take heat from the air, compress it to raise the temperature, transfer it to your tub.
Air Source Heat Pumps draws air over refrigerant tubes, heating it up and converting it into a gas. The compressed gas is then transferred to a heat exchanger, where it cools and returns to liquid form. Heat pumps can operate in temperatures as low as -15°C, requiring longer heating times.

Do you offer subscriptions?
No, your copy of WhatSpa? plus your bonus 40-page Retail Directory will be posted completely free of charge and will only be sent once. This should be enough to help you buy your perfect hot tub. There is nothing for you to pay to us at any point now or in the future.
When and how will I get my guide?
To keep our postage costs down we currently use the Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service. Your WhatSpa? magazine will be processed and mailed out the next business day after you request it and it should be with you within 4 or 5 days.
